USA Customers please note: The labels in many Pikeur competition and casual jackets is unfortunately translated incorrectly for US ladies sizes (often showing the UK/USA sizes to be the same). If you are looking to replace your jacket or order one you have tried previously, please go off the German size which will be the large size printed in the middle of the label/tag.

Please note: It is not always reliable to measure your waist or the waistband of your breeches and compare it to the size chart 'Waist Size' shown in inches. These values shown are only a translation of the sizes printed on the breeches labels and tags. The reason for this is that the styles vary depending on whether they have a low rise (where the waistband measurement would be larger) or a higher rise (where the waistband would be narrower).

 

If you would like more specific sizing help, please contact us with the following information:
Your height, waist measurement, hips measurement and the size you would normally choose when buying smart trousers/pants or a dress (for example UK size 10 or a medium). Please also let us know which country you are from so we can translate the sizes correctly.

 


If you are 5ft9" / 176cm or taller, we would normally advise you took the longer length size. This gives an extra length both in the rise and the legs. Normally longer length breeches are around 2 - 3cm longer in the leg, but it can vary from style to style.

 

For the more petit ladies, you might want to check out our kid's range of breeches. We have so many customers that take these as the styles are exactly the same as the ladies, but they are cut slimmer on the leg and often a better fit on ladies who find they sometimes have extra fabric behind their knees!
