Safe Delivery - In the event your order is severely delayed, lost in transit or incorrectly delivered, we will either replace or refund your order in the event the items are no longer available.

Hassle-Free Resolution - Choosing this service means that if anything does go wrong with either shipping, delivery or the quality of the items, we can act quickly to resolve the issue for you without needing to lease with our shipping partners or our suppliers.

1 Year Warranty - We can offer a free replacement (or credit note if the items ordered are no longer available) on any faulty items within one year of the delivery note. Please be advised this cover does not extend to damage of items, only items that are no longer usable due to a design fault.

We reserve the right to handle any claims made on a case by case basis. And will review all available evidence/ information when deciding on the appropriate course of action to resolve your issue.

Our order protection feature is entirely optional and can be easily deselected from your shopping cart should you wish to continue without this.
