All our parcels are sent with tracking information, this will be sent to you automatically after your parcel has been dispatched. If you can't find this email, please check your junk/spam folder. You can also track your shipment by logging into your customer account, or creating one using the email associated with the order if you don't have one yet.

UK Delivery
The majority of our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (we recommend allowing 1-2 business days for packages to arrive once dispatch). Some larger items/ orders may be sent with DHL.
Delivery is free on all orders of £50 and above, for orders of less than £50, the delivery cost if £3.99.
We have have a guaranteed next day service available via DHL Express Domestic, which costs £9.99. Please note this is only available on items held at our primary location, and the cut off is 3pm for same day dispatch (Monday-Friday only).
USA
Express Shipping RECOMMENDED (via DHL - approximately 2-5 business days) - From $29 USD
Economy Shipping (via Royal Mail/ USPS - approximately 10 business days) - From $13 USD
All Other International Destinations
Due the possibility of delays with the mail service, we strongly recommend that customers in the Middle East choose Express Delivery.
Economy Shipping (via Royal Mail - from approximately 10 business days) - From £12. Shipping cost can vary depending on the size/ weight of the package and the shipping locations.
Express Shipping (via DHL Express* - from approximately 3-5 business days) - from £35.
*Please note DHL Express is not possible for certain destinations.
Please note that these are approximate timeframes, some items have longer lead times than other for being sent out, please check the information on the product pages before ordering. If you're unsure about how long your order will take to reach you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Where Express Worldwide Delivery is selected but some or all items need to be ordered in from our suppliers (this will be stated at the point items are selected, we also recommend that you consult item descriptions for more delivery time information), you may need to allow up to 10 days for your order to come into stock. We will always endeavour to dispatch Express orders as soon as possible.
As equestrians, we know that sometimes life gets a little crazy. If you have a special request like needing your order in a hurry, or wanting it delivered to a hotel, competition or anywhere really on a certain day, that is no problem! Just contact us and we will do our best to help.
All our deliveries are sent tracked and recorded with insurance. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be sent the tracking information.
Please note: whilst many items are held in stock for immediate delivery, a lot of our items are also ordered in from Germany. This means that for UK orders delivery can take up to 2 weeks, for the rest of the world please allow 3 - 4 weeks. If this is the case, it will say so in the item description.
Important Information Regarding Customs Fees
Import duty and associated taxes may apply to any order being shipped outside of the UK.
Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us. Any parcels which are refused or unclaimed and returned to us, may incur returns postage fees, these will be deducted from your refund.
Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this. These fees are issued entirely at the discretion of, and are payable to the relevant international customs authority. We do not have any control over this process.
In the event your parcel is showing as delivered in the tracking information, but you have not taken receipt of it, please click here.
Please be advised you must inform us within 5 days if you wish to dispute a delivery scan.
