How to Use Store Credit or Gift Card

If you have returned an item for a store credit, our system will have generated a digital gift card, which is sent through to you via email. If you click on the gift image in the email, a unique 16 digit code will be revealed. If you've been given a gift card as a present, you may have received a similar email, or a printed gift certificate, either way you should also have a 16 digit code to use. 

Should you not be able to find the code, don't worry at all, we keep these on file and can resend to you at any time. 

This can be entered at checkout into the 'Gift card or discount code' box, to redeem the credit. You can use your credit all in one go, and pay any additional balance due, or use this multiple times for smaller amounts. The same code will remain active until the full balance has been spent.
