It's the most magical time of the year! But it can also be the most stressful. We're here to help you in any way we can, so below you'll find some helpful general info, and our recommended last posting dates.

 Unfortunately, as with any shipment we cannot offer a 100% guarantee of when it will be delivered, but rest assured we'll do everything we can for you! The best advice we can offer is always to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, check with us if you'd like to find some options for quick shipping, and if you're shopping from outside of the UK, choose DHL Express wherever possible.

*Both UK & International mail carriers are experiencing significantly high volumes of parcels post Black Friday and pre Christmas, so delays are possible. If your tracking isn't updating, don't panic, 99% of the time, these delays are temporary and the information should update in a few days*

Some items need to be ordered from our supplier in Germany, so you may need to allow up to an additional 10-14 days for shipping.

UK Free: 19th December 2025

UK Special Delivery: 22rd December 2025 - please contact for this rate, which is charged at £7.99. 

International Economy

The last recommended posting dates for economy international have now passed. If you need your order to arrive before Christmas, please choose Express. 

International Express

 Europe/ USA/ Canada: 19th December 2025

Rest of the World: 17th December 2025

Our cut off time for dispatching parcels same day is 2pm GMT. 

Please bear in mind that we are UK based, so factoring in the time difference, the order may need to be placed the previous working day. 

We will be working until 1pm GMT on Christmas Eve, after that returning on January 2nd 2026, once our team has enjoyed some well-deserved time off celebrating with their families. Any orders placed during our Christmas closure will be processed as quickly as possible once we reopen.
