The following timeframes should be achievable but as with any shipment we cannot offer a 100% guarantee. The best advice we can offer is always to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Some items need to be ordered from our supplier in Germany, so you may need to allow up to an additional 10 days for shipping. You can check item availability via each product page, or contact us for some help.

UK Special Delivery: 23rd December 2024 - this rate must be selected at checkout and is offered for £7.99
International Economy
Europe/ USA/ Canada: 13th December 2024
Rest of the World: 9th December 2024
International Express
Europe/ USA/ Canada: 19th December 2023
Rest of the World: 13th December 2023
Our cut off time for dispatching parcels same day is 2pm GMT.
Please bear in mind that we are UK based, so factoring in the time difference, the order may need to be placed the previous working day.
We advise International customers to choose Express shipping wherever possible to avoid disappointment.
