Product Details

Innovative magnetic therapy rug, designed to ensure superior well-being and comfort as well as effective recovery to the horse.

Made of highly breathable 3D Air-Mesh, this rug is equipped with 32 powerful magnets in highly magnetic alloy of Neodymium, Iron and Boron with Nickel coating. Magnets have a power of 2600 Gauss and are strategically distributed in the lumbar-dorsal band, latissimus dorsi and on the shoulders. This rug can be used alone or under any winter rug, offering maximum versatility in use. It is the ideal ally for preparing the horse before training or a competition and for boosting recovery processes after intense effort. INFORMATION FOR USE:

Accustom the horse with gradual sessions of use, as it may initially feel a slight tickling sensation due to the increased localized blood flow. For the first uses it is therefore recommended to monitor the horse to prevent it from damaging the magnetic devices
Can be used on horses of all ages and sexes, if necessary permanently when at rest
Wear only at rest, when the horse is cold, to avoid possible discomfort that could irritate its behavior
Not for use in paddocks or dynamic activities (e.g. walking, groundwork, etc.)

WARNINGS:

In the presence of lesions, do not use in the acute phase (first 5 days)
Do not use in the presence of obvious bruises, open wounds, bleeding, lesions or untreated infections as the magnetic effect could contribute to expanding the area affected by these pathologies
Do not use in combination with drugs or anti-inflammatory or fluidifying ointments applied to the areas affected by the magnetic treatment
Do not use in the presence of a pacemaker
Do not use during pregnancy
It is not a medical device

In order to qualify for a return (exchange or refund), we require the goods to be received back at our offices within 28 days from the date the order was delivered to you*.

Please note there are some exemptions which are listed below in bold.

Returns received within 60 days from the date your order was delivered will be issued a credit note. Returns received more than 60 days from the date your order was delivered will not be accepted.

If you return via Royal Mail from within the UK using our portal, the transit time is usually 2 business days.

If you return via DHL using our portal, the transit time is usually about 3-5 business days for a parcel to get back to us.

We can only accept returns on items which are new, have never been used (except tried on obviously!) and have their original tags attached.

A minimum cleaning fee of 5% of the price of the item/ items will be applied to any returns which arrive in a non-saleable condition. In severe cases, if items are extremely dirty or appear washed or worn the return will be rejected.

You can request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. We will try our best to honour your request, but please bear in mind this may not always be possible.

Exemptions

Gift cards - All gift card sales are final. No refunds can be given.

Used Riding helmets - Riding helmets can only be returned if they have been tried on solely for the purpose of checking the size (or style/ fit), and have not been used. For safety reasons, we cannot accept your return if there is evidence the hat has been used.

Used or tried horse bits - Horse bits can only be returned if they have not been in the horse's mouth. If they have, we cannot accept returns for reasons of health and safety.

Custom items - including Flex-on customisable stirrups and Pikeur Luis and Klea Vario jackets cannot be returned.

Special offers - promotions for buy X get Y 25% off for example can only be returned for exchanges or credit notes, not refunds.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, this can now be requested and processed via our online portal.

Requested items will be held at our offices for 30 days from the date of request before being made available for general sale.

Care Instructions

All our clothing is machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius (or on a cool wash). We recommend using a non-Biological washing powder. Do not tumble dry.

Most current and new competition jackets are also machine washable. Please check the inside tag for more information. We advise dressage tails are dry clean only.
