Hey Guys!! Sorry I have been a bit remiss with posting lately, it’s been full-steam ahead at my breeches head-quarters making sure all your orders have been fulfilled during these difficult months.
Now that we are finally starting the see the light at the end of the tunnel, I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to all of you who have supported us with your custom and your patience and understanding, particularly when outside factors like border delays have impacted your orders. We truly could not have made it through without your support!
A few insights from our journey through the COVID maze..
The top challenges we have faced have been regarding international delivery, but this really varies from location with the USA being largely unaffected, save for a handful of orders. Australia, Canada, Asia and South America have been the worst affected areas. We know how frustrating it is to wait longer than usual for orders, and we continue to do everything we can to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
I am very pleased to report that the number of COVID-19 related shipping delays is gradually decreasing, but if you do have any concerns about an order you have placed or an order you would like to place please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. For new orders, we can always look into expedited or alternative delivery options. You can also choose DHL express via selecting ‘express worldwide’ at checkout. Once all items are in stock, this is usually a 2-4 business day service depending on exact location.
At the moment, in areas experiencing significant customs delays, I cannot stress enough that the best choice for quick and easy delivery is our express worldwide option. We offer this at the very best price we can.
It is so positive to hear from all of you around the world that your competitions are starting back up, as they are here in the UK. We would hate for you to not be properly equipped to re-enter that ring! We do hold a considerable amount of competition clothing in stock, so a lot of selections can be shipped the very same day orders are processed. Some choices may take a little longer, so if possible please order with as much time prior to your event as you can. If you do have a looming deadline, just let us know and we will do everything in our power to ensure your things arrive in time.
We are still learning to adapt to the new normal (hopefully not normal for long!!) and we will of course continue to do everything to try and make sure your online shopping experience is not affected, but I hope sharing some of our COVID insights, will assist us in quest.
